About Me
I first discovered the guitar at the age of eight when I received one as a birthday gift. Although I had no prior experience, it immediately sparked a lasting passion for music.
After relocating, I began formal lessons where I learned foundational chords and rhythm patterns. When financial constraints ended my lessons, I continued learning independently, refining my ear and technique.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, access to an electric guitar became a turning point. Daily practice allowed me to develop barre chords, rhythm versatility, and explore genres including pop, rock, ballads, and fingerstyle.
I later became lead guitarist for both my school band and a church youth band. Performing live strengthened my confidence and deepened my love for music.
My teaching journey began when I was asked to guide a young beginner. Over six months, I helped build strong foundational skills, confidence, and stage readiness. My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, encouragement, and steady growth.
